Y’all, just buy this coat.
1. It fits so well! I ordered two to be sure to get one that fit, thinking that my normal size (M) might be too snug, but it is PERFECT! Enough room for a hoodie or a sweater or even a sweater and a hoodie underneath if I really wanted to layer up, but fits snug enough that I’m not swimming in it.
2. It’s so warm in its own right without the heating element without being heavy or bulky (I hate coats that make me feel like the Michelin Man. This coat feels sleek and snatched).
3. It’s SO WARM! I was out in the -2°s with a windchill of -12° earlier and I was cozy as could be with the heat at low in the back and high in the front.
4. It’s so long it keeps your legs warm too! It’s like a blanket you get to wear outside.
5. The high collar is PERFECT for windy days while not being restrictive or in the way if you don’t zip it quite all the way.
6. There’s a really good amount of pockets that are all good sized. One on the inside and three outside. The two at the pocket are warmed by the heating elements.
7. The quality all around is way higher than I expected.

Notes:
- It DOES NOT come with a battery. You have to get one on your own. It has a USB plug on it. I did not read well enough, but luckily I borrowed a charger and was able to use it today.
- The cord is in the left hand pocket.

I was afraid it would be too much coat for a 5'2" chunky woman. It goes down to the middle of my calves, lightweight, soft;
The heat is top to mid thigh, front and back and in the arms. I've not worn for an extended period of time but stood outside for 10 minutes or so in windy, rainy in 0° weather. Toasty!! I was covered by porch so I don't know if it's waterproof. I bought it for my grandson's outdoor (and indoor) hockey games because I can't get warm enough during. If I can figure out how to Update this review once I've worn it for a length of time, I'll do so. As of now the price was right, I don't look like the Michelin man and it was warm!! Oh, and it's roomy so if I needed to layer I could tho I don't think I'll have to
