Kidney stones it is in fact a kind of crystal hard element.  Because of a variety of kidney stones can be found.   Higher alcohol, excess weight, etc., due to kidney stones can be create. However, some changes in eating habits that can help prevent kidney stones.  When you skip meals or eat less than some of the kidneys work better. According to an expert, avoiding some food can prevent kidney stone, which is low playing or avoid reduction in the risk of kidney stones.

Red meat
Beef contains high amounts of protein. High amount of protein can increase the kidney damage and stimulate the existing damage. Animal protein metabolism leaves an acidic residue in the body system especially in kidney.  Animal protein pulls calcium and other mineral salts from the bones in order to return you to that alkaline state in kidney. This calcium can form calcium oxalate kidney stones. This how too much eating of red meat harm full for our kidney.

Caffeine drink 
We drink caffeine by different always in every days life. By drinking coffee, tea, soda etc. These kind of drinking are mother of kidney stones. Because it increase blood presser and increases blood flow this how it is create presser for kidney and stimulate the kidney stone.

Regular eating of artificial sugar can be worsening of kidney function. People who regularly
eat artificial sugary drinks can increases the risk of kidney disease. The more caffeine

Drinking of two or more cups of carbohydrates soft drink in every day, it is well enough for creating kidney stone .So had better to avoid that kind of drink as soon as possible.

Drinking
Excessive drinking of alcohol increases the risk of kidney disease. Disrupt the normal function of the kidneys and the risk of kidney stones. It also weakens our heart, lung, liver, body system. Kidney purifies the water in our body. It made with soft element it cannot purify chemical or this kind of material. That is why it creates stone in our kidney .So we must have to avoid drinking.  

Salt
The sodium salt is one of the main reasons of high blood pressure, heart disease and increases the risk of kidney disease. The salt reserve extra water in our body systems. Beside it is gradually damage our kidney and create stone in that place. Although it makes the food tasty .But for our better health we have to avoid this element. Therefore, experts advise taking a low salt diet.

Dairy Product
Dairy product is similar to eating of animal’s proteins. It is containing high amount of proteins as like there meat. Also that consuming dairy products increased the excretion of calcium in the urine of refine by kidney, which has been associated with a higher risk of developing kidney stones.

Modified foods 
Modified food may be harmful for kidney and liver. It is looking good food but no longer good for health .It congaing some bad chemical which is bad for our body especially for kidney. Those foods create kidney stone.
