We are interested to eat meal before going to bed. There are many different types of habits, to eat snack after dinner. It is not to right to go to bed immediately after dinner. According to scientists and health researchers, by eating some food at night the body could be a problem.  So, today was informed about some foods, which are suicide for health.

Cheese
Cheese is enough to body for fatter. Therefore, you should eat cheese sparingly too. Many people eat cheese when they get as unremittingly. But, the risk of cardiovascular disease by eating cheese. High fat and cholesterol in the body also increases.

Citrasa
Eating more fruits digestion power of the body is decries, causing disruptions of gas dam. If you need to eat fruit at night, then do not eat the fruit of more than a Cup.

Spicy foods
Spicy food could decrease your knowledge.  Also as a result of eating spicy food burning in the chest and stomach sometimes. Of course no one do not want to suffer pain in the stomach before going to bed at night.



Fat meal
Pizza, burgers, potato chips, eating a lot of fun, but it is not good for your health. Especially these foods had not better eat at night. As a result of eating these foods your weight will increase and digestion can interrupt. Then the next morning, you will feel bad and certainly you will lose strength of work to be done for the day.


Meat
The meat is not digested very quickly. At night, eating meat is totally wrong. If you go to sleep immediately after eating meat, then you would sleep late.

Junk food
Chips, corn, fast food do not eat bring from the outside. So there will not be any good to you, it will cause more health problems. This will be your sleep problems, and weight gain.

Sweet food
Ice cream, chocolate, candy bars, etc. after eating to help digestion, eat your food. But there is still fat. So, before going to bed do not eat fat food. Before going to sleep at least 20 minutes you have to stop eating all kinds of food. Many people go to bed at night after eating the bad - habit. Do not forget to do this work. Walk at least 15 minutes after a meal. Avoid the habit of eating before going to bed.
